Last week REAP Aotearoa Director Tracey Shepard spoke Karen Hay on the ‘Lately’ programme on Radio New Zealand National about significant delays in driver licence testing nationwide.

With some waiting over 12 weeks to sit their test she shared her concerns for the rural communities affected by this, and the inflexibility offered by testing stations.
